Collaborated with Post Production team members to define and manage goals, scope, deliverables, scheduling, and network cut deliveries from rough cut to picture lock.

On-site production supervision for all shoot days, managing all travel, talent, shot lists, and delegating tasks to production crew.
Arranged meetings across departments through all stages of segment development from rough to final cut, overseeing budgetary spending, stakeholder sign-offs and asset delivery.
Released episodes on The Met’s website, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, with our most popular segments averaging 246,000 IGTV views per episode, a 161% increase in average Museum programming viewership.
